Hard to find in its dense bush home, the much loved Crested Bellbird can be heard far and wide. With bell-like voice a partner will sing one line to his mate and wait for her one line reply, before he continues his next line. This mobile duet will continue throughout the day. Feeding from the ground Crested Bellbirds paralyse and store bushworms in order to satisfy the hearty appetite of their offspring.
